What is gold-filled? 

Gold-filled is 14k gold over a base metal, usually brass. Gold-filled jewelry is a pressure bonded layer of gold that has 100x more gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is tarnish resistant and will not chip or flake + will last for years when cared for properly. 

 

What is the GM production/shipping time? 

Golden Mae pieces are hand-assembled and as a result take time to go through our production line. All orders are produced within 10 business days and dropped off at USPS on the 11th business day.  International orders do not include customs, may be subject to further delays, etc.

 

Can I add a disc to a previously purchased necklace? 

Yes! Send an email to goldenmaeshop@gmail.com and our team will be happy to provide next steps.

 

Can I cancel an order? 

Because pieces enter the production line quickly, and due to the handmade nature of our business, orders must be canceled within 24 hours. 

 

Are returns accepted on earrings? 

Unfortunately, due to hygiene concerns we are unable to process returns or exchanges on our earrings.
